The trip wasn't half as brutal this time as the last, although it was just as long. In fact, it was longer, I had another flight from Sydney to Cairns to meet Aaron, who had been in Alice Springs on an Outback Adventure.
I still haven't downloaded the pictures yet, we are working on it.
Upir first night here we took a shuttle bus from the Cairns airport to Port Douglas. It was dark and rainy and we made it to By The Sea Port Douglas, a self-serve hotel, right before it started pouring, like a BIG tropical storm. We grabbed a bite to eat the the closest food cooking establishment, headed back to the room and then just crashed. We were waking at 7 for an * pick-up to go snorkeling on the reef.
More Later.

The Countdown Begins
Running around trying to get all the last minute stuff done, banking, cleaners, meatloaf, watering the plants; you all know how it is!
I will try to keep up with daily posts, but I'm not promising anything.
And BTW, if you see my husband wandering around aimlessly, please send him home, Klaw is hungry!
